Wow, I cant believe we've been on Blogger for 4 years now! And what better way to celebrate than with a post about Alabama going to the National Championship!!!!!! I havent stopped smiling since yesterday. I just saw on the BCS Bowl Selection show that Bama is favored to win 21-14. This is our year. Saban is a defensive genius and he's shown that defense definitely wins games. Oh and it doesnt hurt to have the best running back in college football!
So, Lucy looooves my new Bama snuggie. And she's even happier when Jason gets in it with her.
Saturday I took Emily to her dance class and then to McD's for lunch. We had a great time even though it was freezing out and the playground was locked.
I have a very important prayer request. My friend from college just left today for Iraq. John will be there for a year and his wife is currently pregnant with their second child. He seems to be in good spirits and is more than happy to serve his country. Please pray for his family and his entire unit as they have a dangerous job ahead. Thanks!!

Hey Heather, please don't tease me with babysitting Ivy!!! I am already stressing (well, only a little) about paying a sitter to come stay at the house with her while we go to my sisters wedding!!! It is only $20 a day and she is a teen who is going to stay here. Ivy is like having a one year old. She is full of energy and a lot of work!!! But yes, she is adorable!!! Love the pics and my brother left for Camp Shelby this week too. They are deploying to Iraq from there. He was even told he couldn't leave to come home for Kellie's wedding on New Years day. He will be in Miss still so that is quite frustrating for the whole family!!! I will pray for John. Keep us posted!!
