What a weekend! Jason's cousin Christy and her husband Brian were sweet enough to let us stay with them for the Bristol race. They have a 5 year old son Brayden and they were babysitting one of their other cousins baby, Colton. We all love to give Jason a baby whenever one is around because he always freaks! Poor Colton looks ready to run!

I've been really excited about the race for the past 2 months. It exceeded all my expectations. I remember at about lap 340 I thought, man I wish the race had 300 more laps to go!! It felt like we were there for 30 minutes it went by so fast. Of course Jason said it felt like hours!!
Ya'll know I love Jeff!!! He finished towards the back but at one point he was in 9th.

We sat really close to where they did the driver introductions. Each driver picked their own song to come out to. Jeff's song was "Start Me Up" by the Stones. Loved it! Jeff is in the truck in the blue suit. And Kyle Busch (who won the race) came out to Kanye West "Im Amazing". The fans booed him so bad I couldnt even hear him talk! They hate him and I dont get it.

Tony Stewart was in the pit area so much, I thought he was gonna need to have his mail forwarded there!! Something about radio problems. I was happy!

If you want to have the full experience of how loud it is, wear headphones when you watch the video.

Love your pictures! So glad you got to experience Thunder Valley! Seriously, you dont know why they boo Kurt Busch? Cause hes a loser!
The pic of Jason and the baby is hilarious!
Holy crap that was loud!
omigosh, when i played the video, Jackson jumped in his sleep from the sound !
But Liz, rubbin is racing! And his career is alot like Jeff's.
How did I end up with so many friends that love Nascar?
Isn't Kyle Busch the crazy one who smashed his guitar trophy so his team members could all have a piece?
I don't like NASCAR but my wife does, so I HAD to come along. You would have loved the speech the Lt. Gov. gave saying "we love our God and our guns" and "we're a progressive state" in the same breath. Hipocracy knows no bounds.
