I hope everyone had a great new years eve! Ours started great with Vanderbilt beating Boston College to win their first bowl game since 1955! It was such a good game. Jason and I went to Chaffins Dinner Barn and Theatre to celebrate the new year. It sounds a little redneck but it really isnt. Its been open for years and Ive always wanted to go but havent until now. We had the best time. It started with a yummy dinner and then on to a hilarious play called Murder at the Howard Johnson. We shared a table with another couple from Nebraska and they were so sweet.
After the show, they passed out party favors. I loved Jason in this hat, he looked like a gangster!

The place was packed. Lots of senior citizens who danced way more than Jason and I! The table behind us had 2 older couples and at one point I heard one of the men say O'Reilly starts in 10 minutes! I cracked up. I told Jason thats one of my peeps!! The dance floor was also the stage for the play. It was so cool, the stage came out of the ceiling and then went right back up, even with actors still sitting on it!

Happy New Years you two lovebirds! We went to bed at 11:30 and rang in the New Year half awake with TV coverage from NYC. We are sooooo married with a toddler~!
