So, this year at work I participated in Twisted Secret Santa. The deal is you give your person 3 gifts. One can only be $1.00, one must be a re-gift that you think your person will like, and the third is something they put on their list between $10-20. Well, on my list I put I like anything Alabama. Today I received my re-gift. A football signed by..... Brody Croyle!!! I almost passed out at work. Heres the story: Katie, my Secret Santa is a HUGE Auburn fan (I still like her though!) and 4 years ago one of her friends gave her this football as a joke b/c of course Katie hated Brody. Her friend actually had Brody sign it, To Katie. Well, she marked out her name and wrote mine. When I opened it, I thought it was fake. My first question was Is this real??!! Yall, I love Brody. I mean, he played his last few games with a broken collarbone!! The man is a true athlete. Now he plays for the Kansas City Chiefs, although he is hurt right now. Heres the crazy part, Katies husband told her and I quote "If you dont get that football out of our house Im gonna throw it away"! This is how intense the Auburn/Alabama rivalry is. So, needless to say I AM STOKED!! Im going to get a clear case for it and put it in our bonus room. Oh and yall know Jason is just thrilled!!
