My visit with Dad

I was in Tampa this past weekend, chillin with Dad. Thursday and Friday it rained but the rest of the weekend was gorgeous! Friday night we had dinner and a movie at a new theatre close to my dad's. The movie was terrible, but the food was pretty good. We saw Pride and Glory and I couldnt believe how bad it sucked. How you can have Colin Ferrell, Ed Norton, and John Voight in the same movie and it suck is beyond me! We still had fun though.

Saturday we made our way to Orlando to a new waterpark called Aquatica. Their main attraction is this slide that goes through a salt water tank with dolphins in it. We rode 3 times and never saw one dolphin! It was a cool idea, though.

Holiday World had a slide like this, but I didnt ride it b/c the line was forever long. I was able to ride it Saturday and it was worth the wait. It is super fast and then it drops you in this funnel thing. Loved it!

Here are the dolphins and the slide from underwater.

My dad, the good samaritan! Leaving Orlando, we passed this poor girl with a flat tire and of course Dad had to stop.

Dinner at Kobe Steakhouse. My fav! Check out my lovely sunburn.

Sunday was beach day. Yes, I had to wear shorts and a tshirt b/c I got burnt at the waterpark. My Nashville skin wasnt use to the Orlando sun! We played beach volleyball and my team actually won 1 game! I have a HUGE bruise on my right wrist that looks terrible. I also decided I would work out with the stay at home moms my dad teaches karate. BIG mistake! I can barely walk today. My entire body hurts, but my hot tub is warming up as I type. I had a blast with my dad, but Im sure glad to be back with Jason and Lucy!! Oh, and what about that Titans game last night?! Livin' the dream season, people!!

Aw, funs times with your Daddy. The waterpark looks like lots of fun! Remember that slide in Vegas that had that toilet bowel thing at the end. That scared me!
Girl, your 2 teams are rockin. Roll Tide!
