The Harvard campus was really pretty and looked exactly as I pictured. I couldnt imagine being an 18 year old incoming freshman at this iconic institution. Talk about overwhelming!
The JFK museum was very interesting. I didnt realize how much JFK accomplished in 3 short years as president. One of the coolest things he did was commision the black berets for the Army Special Forces. I know he turned over in his grave when the Army made it mandatory for all soldiers to have berets a few years ago.
The museum is next to Boston Harbor. We took a bus through the scary part of town to get there and on the way I saw a guy fall of a bench at a bus stop and go into a full blown seizure! Not something you see everyday in Nashville. Jason and I were on the bus so all I could do was say a prayer for him.
