Good Times/Bad Times

We had a great weekend that started with Dan in Real Life with Steve Carrell. I love his work and this movie was great. The end was so sweet, it made me cry! Jason thought it was pretty good for a change!! Then Sat. night we went to my friend Laurie's house and had tacos with her and her sweet family. I brought my camera but forgot to take any pics. We were too busy playing Phase 10. Jason and I had never played but we liked it. Laurie was kicking our butts! Today, I had to go to my Dad's house (my childhood home) and take some things I had left there when I moved out. It was a blast from the past. Lots of Barbie stuff and school work. Also, I found a book my mom had given me in 1999 that I thought I lost. It is a millenium book where I could answer questions about myself and my family and friends. So, the best part was one particular question: I am best at (fill in the blank) telling other people what to do! That was my answer at 21! Jason thought that was funny and said I hadnt changed a bit. Also, at that time gas was $1.20 a gallon!! I miss those days! Oh and Liz, you were my most fun friend!! One last thing, Im afraid we are going to lose our preacher to a church in Mt. Juliet. This is heartbreaking for my church. He has been such an amazing leader and brought in alot of new members with his ministry ideas. Please pray for my church during this challenging time. Hope everyone had a great weekend!!
My cutie pie! She loves Jason!!
This pic cracks me up! Bear is on the back of the couch underneath a blanket. He is almost 2 and still plays like a kitten!

Crazy, my mother in law just told me that had found a new pastor for their church in MJ, and its yours. She said how the church he was currently at had grown alot since he had been there and their church needs that. But I hope your church finds a good replacement. That can be hard to do. And of course I was your most fun friend. I was just telling Amanda the other day about going to Have a Nice Day and then flying to Daytona the next day. FUN times!!
